Last day of November!

My time is limited, so I'll just toss some pictures and quick captions up here.

Dad's soliloquy to our turkey. "Ode to Bird." (It was rather good. The turkey. I'm not sure about his ode...)

Mom apparently packed her angry eyes. Just in case.

This Thanksgiving Heidi and Jake weren't going to be able to make it home, so we had Thanksgiving in Utah. Aunt Peggy and Uncle Randy were nice enough to have us over for the week, and it was a lot of fun.

They have this great tradition on Thanksgiving night. Broom hockey! Everyone in the family who can make it are invited; its been going on for like twenty years. Little kids get to play too, so its a lot of fun and it doesn't get too rough.

Well, that is, until you miss the ball and your own teammates come after you with their sticks.

Christmas is in the air! My roommate Amanda is really good at floral arrangements. They just appear in the apartment sometimes and the rest of us are very grateful. In honor of the Christmas season, she made this wreath that hangs on our door.

This is my boyfriend, Bryan, and I when we went to Salt Lake to see the lights at Temple Square.
He's great. We have so much fun together, get along really well, and he is just so darn cute, isn't he? He served a mission in South Africa, so he speaks Zulu, the language with all the clicking! I'm learning how, and will show you next time I see you.

Halloween

Christy put her cute kids on her blog, so I feel the need to put... me. On.

And this one. Why is it sideways? I don't know. Maybe its your head that is crooked!
Here was the costume for the parties that night; the cowgirl was for school.
