Christmas Break

Bryan, Heidi, little Peanut, and I spent this Christmas at the Brison home in Littleton, Colorado.  Everyone was there!  For the first time.

Before I go any further, take a look at my talented baby.

I met my sister's daughter, Paige, for the first time.  (We played puzzles and read a book and blew bubbles.)  And my sister Heidi met my daughter, Heidi, for the first time.  Baby Heidi had been kind of grumpy and unfriendly to everyone else, but her Aunt Heidi and Uncle Jake got her to smile when they first met.

Aunt Heidi is a good hairdresser.

Here she is again, helping Dad to play the piano.

It sounded much better with Heidi's help.
And here she's helping him play video games.

Grandpa taught Heidi how to slurp noodles (but she won't do it for Mom)

While Grandma was watching Heidi, Heidi stole three of Grandma's crackers and stuffed them all in her mouth.

She's good at gobbling all kinds of things... except that she stuffs too much in her mouth at once.

Heidi slept in our room, so this is what we woke up to every morning.

We had a delightful break.  Bryan won a bitter battle with his website.  And me?  I sat on my can, ate junk food, and played Spyro and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2.  (Which I'm pro at, by the way.)  I also got hooked on White Collar.  You're lucky that my Netflix trial expired last month, or I would be watching it during nap time instead of blogging.
