I came home from student teaching today, and my baby was so big! Her hands were monstrous. She's gained a pound since leaving the hospital, but I finally saw it today. I'm missing my baby's first two months...
But this is what I've seen so far: she totally reached at something she was looking at. I think that's a milestone. And she's getting so good at holding her head up! And by good, I mean, better than she was. She doesn't do it as well as you do, but give her a break. She's two and a half weeks old.
But the best one so far: she spit up when I was changing her, and before I could reach for a new burp rag to wipe it off, she used her hand to try to wipe it off. Now, I still had to wipe the rest off, but I'm pretty sure that's another milestone.
Yay for baby.
